Change Starts Here Program
Christina developed a free eight-week online coaching program that helps individuals discover or reaffirm personal and career goals for themselves as well as provides actionable steps to move forward in the direction of those goals. The program is a self-paced online experience that is compatible with computer, iPad and mobile devices. The program includes 12 audio files, 8 weekly thought chapters and, 8 weekly prompt packets full of insightful and inspirational exercises for participants to complete. The course has a forum feature where participants can share their personal discoveries throughout the weeks with others who are taking the program. In addition, the course offers access to weekly coaching sessions that allow participants to dive deeper into their weekly prompts and have a more personalized experience.
Christina has been coaching and mentoring creative individuals for over five years and she wanted to distill some of those helpful learnings into a comprehensive starter course that could benefit others.

SAMPLE WEEKLY PROMPT PACKET.
Along with each week's lesson, a weekly prompt packet pdf was created so that those taking the course could apply what was discussed in their own day to day life. Each week's prompts build on the prompts from the previous weeks. 5 -6 prompts can be found in each packet along with a section for notes for both the coach and the individual to complete.
