The Federal Aviation Administration needed assistance educating their air traffic controllers across the nation on new policies. Due to the increasing age range of younger air traffic controllers joining the organization, more engaging training experiences were needed to ensure information retention. 

​

Multiple experiences were developed, including online and tablet trainings, some of which could be operated using a gaming controller. After user research was conducted on the intended audience, a gamification strategy to teach the new information was developed. These trainings improved air traffic performance across the country.
